NASDAQ ANNOUNCES 16% INCREASE IN QUARTERLY DIVIDEND TO $0.44 PER SHARE
NEW YORK, March 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) The Board of Directors of Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share on the companys outstanding common stock, an increase of 16% from the $0.38 per share quarterly dividend.
The dividend is payable on June 29, 2018 to shareowners of record at the close of business on June 15, 2018. Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
